What is WeeStock™?
WeeStock™ is a unique event in the Edmonton area that focuses on bringing the goods & services of independent, boutique and family-owned businesses to families with babies and toddlers. Our first show was in the spring of 2010, and since then we have grown substantially. Our show attendance on average is over 2000 guests. What makes our show unique is that we focus exclusively on independent businesses that cater to the baby & toddler industry and that feature handmade, organic and/or ethically manufactured products. Our show has a funky, friendly, grassroots feel and we ourselves are small business owners and mothers.
How can I be involved as a business owner?
Our events have been well attended and our popularity is growing. Our most popular guest demographic are mothers between the age of 25 and 35. If you choose to be involved at this event, you will be sure to see valuable return on your investment. We are passionate about small business owners that provide unique, quality items to babies & toddlers or their caregivers. We want to highlight BOUTIQUE (businesses that re-sell quality items) and INDEPENDENT (businesses that design & manufacture their own products).
Exhibiting at WeeStock
WeeStock is a unique show that focuses purely on independent and boutique baby & toddler businesses. To exhibit at the show, a business must:
- be an independent small business owner & founder in Canada (Sorry, no MLM or direct selling companies)
- have products/services are geared towards children ages 0-6 and/or their caregivers
- have the ajority of their products are either HANDMADE or ETHICALLY PRODUCED/FAIR TRADE MANUFACTURED or ORGANIC / My services support the HANDMADE or ETHICALLY PRODUCED/FAIR TRADE or ORGANIC industry
A space at our event starts at only $108 (see application for options) and includes:
- a space at our event (see application for options) with 8′ back draping and 3′ side draping
- your business name and a link to your business website on our official website
- opportunity to contribute small items & marketing materials to 100 “Early Bird Prize Bags” at the event free of charge
To apply to be an exhibitor please fill out the application form linked to below and mail it to us along with your payment.
You may also print, fill out & scan the application and email it to us at wee{at}weestock.ca and submit a payment via Paypal to wee{at}weestock.ca. Please note that you must pay the Damage & Dismantle deposit upfront if paying this way, and add a 3% handling fee to your payment. Thank you!
